A story about a girl called Sarah that is someone who struggles with lots of different feelings and doesn't quite know how to get them out, so she tries lots of different things to help her feel better. The book has lots of prompts to encourage the reader to draw or write in response, for the reader to really make the book their own.

 

The book addresses mental health in a non-confrontational way for a child. This book is for any child who has experienced trauma or any child at all wanting to learn and understand emotions and along with them some coping mechanisms.
